नवीन कृषि अधिनियम - तर्क, तथ्य और भावना

जब आप तर्क और तथ्य को परे रखकर केवल भावना में बह जाते हैं तो आप ईश्वर द्वारा मनुष्य को दिए गए सबसे बहुमूल्य उपहार का उपहास कर देते हैं।

ईश्वर द्वारा दिया गया सबसे बहुमूल्य उपहार - तर्कशीलता। पर आपको भावना अधिक प्रिय है तो तर्कशीलता परे ही रह जाएगी।

और फिर कुछ ऐसे कथन आप कहेंगे - " ब्रो किसान की वजह से तुम्हारी थाली में रोटी आती है, और तुम किसान प्रदर्शन के खिलाफ बोल रहे हो"

अब यहां कथन सुनने वाला भी पिघल जाता है और तथ्य और तर्क को त्याग देता है।

अब एसे कथन कहने वाले व्यक्ति में उस क्षण भावुकता का जो उन्माद होता है वो समझ ही सकते हैं, पर तर्क और तथ्य कितने हैं, बता सकते हैं आप??

भावना को एक कोने में रखकर इस कथन के वाचक से कुछ प्रश्न होने चाहिए जिनके उत्तर तर्क और तथ्य के आधार पर होने चाहिए।

प्रश्न जो कि यहां होने चाहिए

१. प्रदर्शन जिस कानून के विरोध में है, उस कानून के बारे में आप जानते हैं? यदि नहीं तो चलिए पहले थोड़ा जानते हैं।

- कानून यह है कि किसान अपनी फसल अब किसी को भी बेच सकता है। वह केवल मंडी के दलालों द्वारा निर्धारित मूल्य पर अपनी मेहनत की फसल बेचने को मजबूर नहीं रहेगा अब। इस कानून के बाद किसान जिसको मर्जी उसको अपनी फसल बेच सकता है। 

२. क्या पहले किसान अपनी मंडी से बाहर फसल नहीं बेच सकता था? 

- पहले भी किसान अपनी फसल मंडी के बाहर बेचता था परन्तु किसी निजी उद्योग को अपनी फसल बेचने के लिए मंडी को उनका हिस्सा( कर कहिए या दलाली) देना ही पड़ता था। अब ऐसा नहीं होगा। 

अब मंडी के बाहर किसान और उद्योग अपनी लेन देन कर सकेंगे।

अब आप सोचो की यह किसान अनुकूल कानून के विरोध में किसान प्रदर्शन क्यों करेंगे?

३. इस कानून से फिर किसको घाटा है? 

निश्चित ही उस दलाल को जो कुव्यवस्था का लाभ लेकर किसान की मेहनत की कमाई पे हिस्सा खाए बैठा था।

मंडी के दलाल को ही इस कानून से घाटा है। 

४. अब क्योंकि घाटा है तो वो भी इस कानून के खिलाफ कहीं तो प्रदर्शन कर रहे है होंगे? 

- अवश्य कर रहे होंगे। वर्षों से मिल रही काली कमाई जाने पर प्रदर्शन, शोर हल्ला, आगजनी तो कहीं मचा ही रहे होंगे। पर खुलेआम दलाली का अधिकार मांगे तो कैसे। तो उपाय यह लगाया गया कि किसान प्रदर्शन का नाम देकर अपनी अनुचित मांगे क्यों न पूरी करवाई जाए सरकार से। क्योंकि किसान के लिए सभी भावुक हो ही जाएंगे, और जैसा ऊपर कहा, तथ्य और तर्क दोनों ही भूल जाएंगे।

५. लेकिन प्रदर्शन में शामिल सभी तो दलाल नहीं हो सकते?

- निश्चित ही इनमें बहुत किसान भी हैं क्योंकि किसान प्रदर्शन नाम देकर इन दलालों ने कुछ अनभिज्ञ किसान भाइयों को इस प्रदर्शन से जोड़ रखा है। परन्तु बड़ी संख्या में इनमें वो भाढ़े के लोग हैं जो हर प्रदर्शन में कुछ रुपयों के लिए प्रदर्शन और आगजनी करने पहुंच जाते हैं। 

६. परन्तु यह रुपया दे कौन रहा है और तथाकथित किसान प्रदर्शन आयोजित कौन कर रहा है?

- कौन लोग इन प्रदर्शन को हवा दे रहे हैं, ये साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। बस थोड़ा तथ्य जानिए और थोड़ा तर्क लगाइए।

७. (अन्तिम प्रश्न) - किसी कट्टरपंथी नेता की तस्वीर के साथ प्रदर्शन किसान प्रदर्शन है या कट्टरपंथ की नई शुरुआत?

Neutralising The Wrong Doings of Socialist Theories in India

Commercialisation of Coal mining and removal of monopoly of Coal India Limited is indeed a phenomenal step taken by the government, since the nationalisation of the sector in 1973.

This will definitely improve efficiency in the sector by moving away from monopoly to competition.

Further, it will increase domestic production and thus will reduce dependence on imports of coal.

But, this move is phenomenal in one more aspect. The move can be seen as an inversion of the wrong doings by the socialist pattern of economy, that was incepted since Indira's government of 1971.

In 1973, Mohan Kumaramangalam, who once was a member of Communist Party of India, nationalised the Coal sector of India and created monopoly in the same.

Mohan Kumaramangalam joined Indian National Congress in 1967 and was a loyal of Indira Gandhi when Congress split. He was a socialist thinker, and thus was a firm proponent of nationalisation of industries.

In fact, after becoming Minister of Mines in the Indira Government, one of his first acts was the nationalisation of coal industry.





He seemed to be implementing a 'thesis' which he had first argued in 1964: that since the CPI could not win power by itself, as many of its members and sympathisers as possible should join Congress, make common cause with 'progressive'(means Socialists) Congressmen and compel the party leadership to implement socialist policies.

Thus, I see this commercialisation of Coal Mining as a major economic reform and at the same time a major setback to the communist/socialist pattern of Economy.

Bleed India with a thousand Cuts

India has become a battleground for all Imperialistic forces of the world to spread their Imperialistic ideologies here.

Have u ever wondered, how these jobless leftists manage to do so much PR expenses? 

How they manage to do protests every now and then, with almost no source of income of their own? Definitely someone is giving them funds to do so. Someone is financing them. 

Is it Congress? 

May be u think of some other political parties name as well. 

But, someone has a greater interest in dividing and destroying India than that of Congress or other political parties. These forces are external. These people are much more powerful than Congress. They have such a complex nexus that can hang the wires of our brains in order to comprehend it.

Yes, that nexus is so complicated. 

In Islamist countries, no communism is allowed. 

In a communist country, there is zero tolerance for Islam. 

Both these categories of countries do not give Christian Missionaries a ground to prosper their conversion activities. 

But, here in India, you can clearly see all these forces working smoothly and with proper coordination. 

Who is funding leftists?

Who is funding SFI?

Who is funding PFI for instigating riots in Delhi and UP? 

Actually, there donors or say their masters are different, but they are working in complete coordination from outside India. 

A large number of NGOs in India apparently working for welfare of poors or to provide education to underprivileged students, are actually working for these external forces to route funds for CPI(M), SFI, PFI and their partners. 

So, India has become a battleground for all these forces to spread their ideology and their propaganda and ultimately cut the cultural roots of India. 

Various NGOs are working to stop developmental projects in India in the name of environmental concerns to keep India poor forever. We are in war with these forces since long back. It's time for you to realise it as soon as possible. 

You are needed to value your Indic culture and understand the danger it is facing. And ultimately, it's you and me who are needed to back our culture and our Bharat against venomous attacks of these communist, Islamist and Evangelical missionaries forces.

Oil Prices fell 3% after Saudi and Russia delayed talks

Global oil prices slid on Monday after Saudi Arabia and Russia postponed talks to cut output as the coronavirus pandemic continues to hammer demand.

Brent crude fell 3.1% to $33.10 in early trading, while West Texas Intermediate fell 3% to $27.50.

A price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia erupted after the two countries were unable to reach an agreement on production cuts. Global lockdowns and travel bans during the coronavirus pandemic have led to a drastic reduction in demand for oil as airlines cancel flights and people stay home.

A virtual meeting which was scheduled for Monday between The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies now stand postponed. The talks are likely to be scheduled till Thursday as per a report by CNBC.

As per the report by CNBC,  Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed the oil-price collapse on Saudi Arabia pulling out of the more than 3-year-old OPEC+ deal. Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan retorted that Putin's statement was completely "devoid of truth."

Riyadh and Moscow are "very, very close" to an agreement on oil production cuts, Kirill Dmitriev, chief executive of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), told CNBC.

Russia is also working with US authorities to include American producers in the output-cut agreement, the RDIF CEO said.

"The fact that the date for that latter decision has been pushed back from today to Thursday has seen energy slump in the Asian session – but also underlines the risk that the US (and Canada) will protect their own industries and workers regardless of what free-trade doctrine tells them to do," analysts at Rabobank said in a research note.

In March, oil prices plunged to record lows as the market waited for OPEC and its allies to strike a deal to prevent oversupply and stabilize production.

Anant Laxman Kanhere

Anant Laxman Kanhere, one of the youngest revolutionary in India's freedom struggle.

Have you heard of him earlier? I bet u didn’t.

So, it’s the time now to read about his valorousness and sacrifice for the motherland.  At the age of 18, he martyred in the service of motherland and so you and I owe a lot to him.

It was early 1900s, british atrocities on us were extreme, revolutionary groups  were formed by young Nationalists. . Abhinav Bharat, a young revolutionary group led by Savarkar brothers was working secretly and was growing day by day.

At that time, a young mind, Anant Laxman Kanhere met members of the secret revolutionary groups and  was attracted towards their work and cause.

Babarao Savarkar, a great freedom fighter and elder brother of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was arrested and prosecuted by the British Police on the grounds of printing a sixteen-page book of the songs of Kavi Govind. British officer, Arthur Jackson was instrumental in getting Babarao arrested and prosecuted.

This instigated the Nationalists and a revolutionary group headed by Krishnaji Karve decided to eliminate Jackson in January 1910.

On 21 December, 1909, Jackson arrived at Vijayanand Theatre to see play. Anant leaped in front of Jackson and fired four bullets at him. Jackson died their immediately.

Anant Kanhere, 18 year old at that time, was arrested and prosecuted in Bombay Court. He was hanged four months later on 19 April, 1910 in the Thane prison alongwith Krishnaji Karve and Vinayak Deshpande. Their bodies were  burnt and Asthi were thrown in the sea by prison officers, rather than being released to their families.

A young student, an aspirant poet, Anant Laxman Kanhere gave highest sacrifice for our motherland.

There are numerous heroes who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of this country. We owe our independence to them. So, let us know more about those unsung valorous heroes.

₹72,000 per year per poor person in India
So for if we consider around 25 Crores people in India to whom this amount is to be given, it amounts to
₹72000×25crore = 18 Lakh crores
India's revised budget for revenue receipt for 2018-19 was ₹19.93 Lakh Crores
So Congress planning to give up all the govt. receipt in the accounts of poor people.
Remind Congress that there are other expenses for the country as well:
-Defense
-Medical Expenses
-Education
-Railways
-Dams
-Nuclear Power etc. etc.
So, this NYAY that Congress talks about  sounds totally baseless.

Further, this yojana is inspired from communist ideology
Its communist fantasies to have money without doing anything, this is what Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid, Shehla Rashid also have.

And if these Fantasies of Communist to give money for free is implemented, it will lead to multifold problems in the economy.

Understand it in the most simple way-
1). If ₹72,000 is credited in every citizens' account, that will create enormous demand for various goods and services.
2). As this amount is credited for free i.e. without creating any goods or services, aggregate supply of all the goods or services will still remain at the same level
3). This means - more money supply in the economy without corresponding increase in goods or services.
which implies
Enormously increased demand in relation to aggregate supply
4). This will for sure cause prices of goods and services to rise manifold, which may lead to a situation of hyperinflation.

Venezuela, a country in South America is presently facing this problem of hyperinflation where a kg of rice is costing 220,000 bolivars (bolivars is currency of Venezuela as rupees₹ is ours). I m giving the example of Venezuela as this country too followed communist or can say socialist ideology.
So, in greed of power, Congress even wants put the country into such dangerous situations. These people can go extreme low to snatch power.

In short, this Congressi yojana and their manifesto is communist, separatist and Anti-India.

Be alert from these crooks.

आगे सुनिये- उत्तर अमेरिका(North America) और दक्षिण अमेरिका(South America)- इनका नाम भी आपने सुना ही होगा और ये भी पता होगा की ये एक महाद्वीप (Continent) नहीं बल्कि दो अलग-अलग महाद्वीप हैं.

हाल ही में विभाजित हुए सुडान और दक्षिण सुडान(South Sudan) भी दो अलग-अलग देश हैं.

और सोचिये की भारत के दो भागों को हम उत्तर भारत(North India) और दक्षिण भारत (South India) क्यों कहते हैं ??

ऐसे उत्तर और दक्षिण तो हम उन्हें कहते हैं जो दो अलग-अलग देश या दो अलग-अलग महाद्वीप हों

इन भागों को उत्तरी भारत(Northern India) और दक्षिणी भारत(Southern India) कहा जाना चाहिए, ठीक उसी तरह जिस तरह एक ही पृथ्वी के दो भागों को उत्तरी गोलार्ध(Northern Hemisphere) और दक्षिणी गोलार्ध(Southern Hemisphere) कहा जाता है

परंतु देश में कुछ ऐसे तत्व हैं जो दक्षिणी भारत(Southern India) को संपूर्ण भारत से अलग करना चाहते हैं और इसीलिए वे लोग दक्षिणी भारत(Southern India) की जगह दक्षिण भारत(South India) शब्द मुख्यधारा में लेकर आए

अब ये आपको सुनिश्चित करना है कि आप एक संपूर्ण भारत देखना चाहते हैं या दक्षिण भारत(South India) उत्तर भारत(North India) के रूप में विभाजित भारत

और हां, आगे से आपको कोई तमिल या केरल का व्यक्ति मिले तो उसे दक्षिण भारतीय(South Indian) न कहें,  क्योंकि दक्षिण भारतीय कोई राष्ट्रीयता नहीं है,  हम सभी की केवल एक ही राष्ट्रीयता है- भारतीय!!
